I have a question - who cares?
Anyone who is too bothered by what others think about the kind of genre of entertainment they like, or what kind of movie/music/video games/books/etc. they enjoy watching/listening to/playing/reading/etc. probably has way too much time on their hands. And personally, I don't even mind being stereotyped or "discriminated" against for liking wrestling because I find it fairly simple and easy to explain to people why I enjoy it. And let's be honest, it's not exactly something that only a select few enjoy. It's one of the most popular shows on cable television, and has been going back to the days of Georgia Championship Wrestling in the late 70's/early 80's. (And I know popularity=/quality, just saying.)
In a country where a shitty reality show like Here Cums Honey Boo Boo is beloved and watched by many, I find it hard to take even the slightest offense to someone snickering at me for watching wrestling.
