The one that always bothered me was the Who Ran Over Austin angle. The reveal (Rikishi) was so bad that they had to do yet another reveal (Triple H) in order to salvage the angle. Problem is, everyone knew the latter was involved in some capacity.

As such, I'd have HBK be the one to run over Austin. He had all the motives in the world (Austin disrespected the hell out of him at WM14, HHH was his best friend). He'd have an epic match with Austin at WM17. I'd have HHH not be involved in the match, as he wouldn't know about Shawn running over Austin. Their friendship would be in peril, which would lead into match between in a the two match at Summerslam 2001.

Also, rather than than Lance Storm initiating the WCW Invasion, I'd have Goldberg or Sting. During a main event match at KOTR, not during a hardcore match on RAW.

In the Mid 1990s, I would have had Lex Luger turn heel rather than Tatanka at Summerslam. It would have been more money for Luger to go after Hart as part of the Million Dollar Corp.

Nexus.

That angle had such immense potential but WWE fucked it up due to Super Cena. Having Nexus lose at Summerslam was such a huge mistake and made them look weak. What made them even weaker was John Cena beat two of them singlehandedly after being DDT'd on the concrete. Having Nexus go over that night could have made them look so strong and could have massively improved the angle. It just turned into a big clusterfuck with Cena joining and then the Nexus splitting up into the New Nexus and the Corre.

This is a weird one, but in 2009 when TNA had the MEM & World Elite running around, I felt there was loads of potential for an extreme faction, a lot like EV2 a year earlier. You had Mick Foley, Dr. Stevie, Daffney, Team 3D, Tazz (& potentially by association Samoa Joe).

Yeah, it may clutter the faction wars, but it'd make the remaining group of rebels (AJ Styles, Sting, Beer Money, Hernandez) make a lot more sense, sort of the TNA Diehards.

Another thing I'd change was the Summer of Punk. It's not that I disliked his feud with HHH. It's just that it's happened way too soon after the pre-MITB 2011 Pipe Bomb. Also, HHH should have lost the match.

Oh, and Johnny Ace should have been the one to text Nash (anyone but Nash. I mean who came up with this shit?)
