Speaking of TNA, they turned their only real babyface draw heel at BFG 2010.
Heel Jeff Hardy was needed for the initial Immortal angle and was a good swerve, but wow... That was a complete disaster.

I guess I was the only one who enjoyed Heel Hardy? His promos were enjoyable at least.

Hardy intentionally seeks to be different. People say the real Jeff Hardy is even more strange than the man on TV

Years from now, Jeff will be more appreciated for how innovated he actually was

Painter and musicians are appreciated more so after their death than anytime when they were living

Unless you're name is Raven, Jeff's heel work was different than anybody I've seen in a mainstream promotion

I preferred heel hardy, I loved his gimmick,

The gimmick was fine. But he couldn't work in the ring as a heel.
You take away the flashy moveset, and what's left?

He worked as a regular heel a lot of the time, keeping the pace slow with head locks and what not. He wasn't great but wasn't terrible either. More could have been done such as going for a swanton then flipping off the crowd and jumping down but the basics were covered.

I was waiting for Tenay to call it the 'Swan-Con'.

JR would've caught something like that, but 'Twist of Hate' had to do.... even though it was a secondary move that Matt used
