Wrestlers Height and Weight in Reality

This is one of those things that has always ground my gears.

The fantasy that wrestlers are taller and heavier than they clearly are.

We have eyes we can see for example Adam Cole or CM Punk are not 6 foot and it's completely idiotic to suggest otherwise.

Then we have the whole saying every male wrestler is heavier than 200 Lbs.

Is there a reason for this?

It's pretend characters pretending to hurt each other. A few inches added to their height or weight really doesn't seem a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Honestly, all superstars seem massive compared to me who's 5'4". So it doesn't really bother me much, no. Lol.

I honestly think they undersell the weight of a lot of guys. If Triple H is really 6'4 or even 6'2, I don't see any way he'd be 255 with the way he's built. I'd think he's at least 15 or so pounds heavier than that.
