Just finished it and it was.....ok. I didn't hate it but I also didn't really learn anything new. In my eyes they basically painted the picture that The Rock saved Wrestlemania :lol

You can tell by how much time and focus was put on the initial reaction to The Rock returning compared to the #WewantCody situation. Multiple reactions shots of random people freaking out, Rock backstage Roman backstage all going great that was, even showed Cody in his trailer.

And then “oh and then Cody trended on Twitter for 72 hours and the crowd also chanted it in the arena so The Rock decided to change it.” It’s laughable.

And yeah this doc wasn’t really anything special. Not really sure why it took so long to come out :lol

It just goes over every step on the road to Wrestlemania and shows a few behind the scenes clips. There’s really nothing here we haven’t seen already.

Documentary was decent and obviously everything turned out amazing through all the twists and turns. My main issue and takeaway from the whole thing was that Rock acknowledged (no pun intended) pretty early on it that Cody/Roman was THE story and they'd been building to it for however long it was and yet he still insisted on testing the waters and pushing through with his vision.

And one final thing, i'm not sure why it took so long to release because to me at least it really wasn't a Rock 'fluff' piece that I was expecting to paint him in a good light. What they showed and how they explained it came off at least believable.
