Ted bought the company so really everything done by JCP is WCW, but yes this show was after the WCW turned over.

WCW just didn't start using the WCW initials on programming until 1991.

Both. It's WCW as Ted bought it in 1988 (though anything JCP did is technically WCW after he bought it, regardless).

WCW however was still using the NWA branding until 1991. Like TNA did in 2002 and 2003.

WCW was still part of the NWA by then. They left in 1992.
