Wrestlemania Backlash [WWE] - May Event #4

A double weekend of wrestling, see a WWE PPV feature in the WPC Grand Prix 2021 once more, with this Wrestlemania Backlash being vital to the overall divisional rankings as we are in our penultimate month of the Grand Prix. There will be a total of six matches that will take place on Sunday, as the field look to get their fingers a little bit tighter around the May Cup.

Wrestlemania Backlash [WWE] - May Event #4 Results

In the entirety of the WPC Grand Prix 2021 only five people have managed to achieve a perfect round - Adapting, Carter, HoHo, Jimmy & MachoDan with some of these individuals managing to achieve this accomplishment on more than one occasion.

I am happy to announce that some new names have been added to this list with - Blaine, Jeff, Chris, LadyHotRod & The Fourth Wall all completing a perfect round at 6-0. They also weren't the only ones, with HoHo, Jimmy King and Adapting going perfect as a record of eight predictors all sit on top of the pile following the Wrestlemania Backlash event.

With so many people finishing in joint first, it will be no surprise to anyone at this point in the Grand Prix that because more than two people tied in 1st position - the WPC Grand Prix Event Champion has been vacated once again, bringing an end to Smark's third run in just under twenty four hours. As you can imagine, with so many predictors claiming six wins without any answer, this has caused a large shift in the standing, especially with our previous leader Smark not being part of the 'Perfect Group'. This has result in HoHo and Smark now being in tied in 1st position, with three predictors just behind by four in the score differential, which has caused the May Cup Standing to now look like this with one final event left in the month.

The final event this month (Event #5) will take place on 30th May - at AEW's Double or Nothing Pay Per View, in what will wrap up the fifth an penultimate month of the WPC Grand Prix 2021.​
