Wrestling wise it was Seth Rollins vs Triple H but you think I'm not gonna give it to Roman vs Undertaker after that emotional retirement? Roman vs Taker is definitely the MOTN.

For me it was Shane v. AJ

It wasn't just a spot fest, it was given time to develop as a story and the moves and strikes looked like a shoot. It was put on first, allowed for the crowd to soak in the greatness of AJ Styles with the flash and reputation of Shane.; Definitely best match on the card.

Close seconds would be Triple H vs. Seth Rollins, Austin Aries vs. Neville and I'd even say Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar delivered. Not a mat wrestling clinic, but two big guys going at it with ferocity. They didn't allow for the intensity to tone down, and it was exciting. Not to mention it's great to have Lesnar with the big one again, and it was nice to see Goldberg not seem like a fucking bull.

Roman vs. Taker.. Not one match on the card told a better story than this one, including Triple H and Rollins.. and yes, story telling is what makes a great match.

Yeah I'll have to disagree. The emotional aspect is bumping that match up too high. Not sure what story you were seeing in that match honestly.

Only real storytelling I saw in Taker/Roman was the old dog coming out strong trying to defend his yard but is just unable to keep up with the young dog.

I'm gonna go with AJ/Shane. Fun little opener even though Shane got blown up rather quickly.

Triple H/Seth was good and told a good story in a psychological standpoint but it's one of those matches that I think would've benefited from being 5 minutes shorter

It was the old gunslinger embracing his death while the new gunslinger is texting himself to be the judge, jury and executioner.

AJ vs. Shane for me. Shane is great at taking bumps and AJ is the best worker on the entire roster IMO, so I was confident it would be entertaining.
