WPC Playoffs 2021 Information

In November - the WPC Playoffs will begin to crown the Universal Champion 2021, a prize awarded to the best overall predictor over the calendar year.

To qualify for the Playoffs - a predictor must be in the Top Ten of the overall standings once we reach the end of the month of October.

The playoffs will consist of three rounds:
- The Round Of Ten [three events]

- The Round of Six [three events]

- The Round Of Four [one event]

In the playoffs previous differentials will no longer play a part, and predictor will earn 5 point for each win they achieve - with the intention of finishing above the cut line to advance. If a predictor is a standout winner (a singular winner, rather than being tied) they will automatically advance to the next round of the playoffs.

In the Round of Four - all points are reset, with the final predictor battling in an all or nothing scenario to become the Universal Champion. If there is a tie at the end of the event, the two/three/four predictor - will advance to a tie breaker, as there can only be one winner.

The Overall Standings will remain throughout the year, as they will continue to be used to determine other match types. Also Championship belts will not be made vacant at the end of the season.
