World Prediction Championship 2021 Season Finale

We are now at the finishing point of the 2021 Season - in an event that spanned over half a week to bring a conclusion to the 2021 season. We will begin proceeding by focusing on the Tag Division.

TAG DIVISION

The Tag Division was a new concept for the WPC this year that began with a robin robin style tournament similar to those presented by NJPW, in which a number of team competed for to become the winners of the 'World Prediction Tag League 2021' with the top two finishers getting to challenge for the right to become the inaugural WPC Tag Team Wrestling Championships. Eight matches later, and we now come to our final match of the season between reigning champions The Lethal Drivers and the new team on the block Sweet & Sour - 甜酸. Who will be leaving with the straps? It is time to find out.

2nd. Sweet & Sour - 甜酸155+10

With a clear victory, The Lethal Drivers retain the Tag Team belts and continue to prove themselves as one of the most successful team in the Tag Division. Congratulations are offered to Jeff and Lethal for their fourth consecutive title defence of the belts, and will no longer have to look over their shoulders until the season resumes next year.

SINGLES DIVISION

We have a total of four singles championships to sort out now, and first we will start with the contest between Chris & Fourth Wall - in which the pair will be battling out to become the final !nteractive Champion of 2021, with the title having been vacated following Jeff winning the Grand Championship. Will Chris become a three time champion or will Fourth claim the belt for the very first time?

Chris edges past Fourth by just one singular victory, and by doing so ends the season as the first three time !nteractive Champion. Congratulations on this achievement.

Our second focus is the WPC Clout Cup, which will be contested four in a Gauntlet match - in which current Cup Holder Fourth Wall will enter the contest as the very first entry. With the winner of this contest, claiming the WPC Clout Cup for perpetuity as it has been decided that the prize will not be returning for the 2022 season.

Match Three: The Fourth Wall (c) [8] vs. [8] HoHo

*As the current Cup Holder, Fourth advances by way of a tie.

Match Four: The Fourth Wall (c) [8] vs. [7] Juice

The Fourth Wall wall ends the night by making four successful defence of the Clout Cup and end the season as the final Clout Cup holder and now never be questioned for not possessing clout in the WPC ever again.

The WPC Grand Prix Event Championship has been the most contested for belt in 2021 having also feature in the WPC Grand Prix that took place in the first half of the year. Whoever claims the belt at the end of the night, knows going into the contest that they will be the first person to challenge for the WPC Grand Championship at the beginning of the 2022 season.

The Grand Championship was on the line one final time, in a match that will saw 'The Canadian Cowboy' Jeff defending the title for the very first time against his Lethal Drivers tag-team partner Lethal Banks. Did Jeff secure the belt or did Lethal Banks end the season as a two-time Grand Champion?

The season ends in close quarters battle between 'THE' tag team of the WPC, but it was Jeff who successfully defended the Grand Championship and ending the season in possession of the strap. Although, we are yet to confirm dates for the new season - Jeff is already in the knowledge that it will be Chris who will be the first person to challenge him in 2022.

Congrats everyone including Mr Chris of course as the inaugural uni champion.

The lethal drivers will not be breaking up and taking any and all challengers in 2022.

Chris is one I've had trouble defeating in championship bouts so it's fitting we go champion vs champion. We should make it winner take all so I can take your green belt too :rippedcal

See yall in 2022

- your champion

I had differential for the Tag League, but I do have an overall wins/losses/draw and win % table that I will probably post in the championships and stats section

Thanks for all your hard work Juice. My picks are always quite hit or miss, but I won a few things this year and held on to my Clout Cup to close it out. Pretty happy about that.

Chris is too damn good at this stuff. Congrats on your 1st place my man.
