We move towards a weekend of action in the orient, as Summer Struggle in Nagoya and Wrestle Grand Slam play host to the World Prediction Championship for Event #5. On the last event Chris and Jeff thought in an epic battle, that resulted in a tied contest meaning that Chris managed to retain the WPC Grand Championship with the match ending at 8-4 apiece in what would be the highest score of the night.
Chris will defend his title for the second time, this time against two challenger who were also unable to be separated which resulted in neither winning the Open The Prediction Gate Championship in Haza and Juice. With a triple threat match on the cards, who will leave with the Grand Championship?

Chris (c) vs. Haza vs. Juice
Jeff finished last event tied with Chris, and with a draw being in favour of the Grand Champion he was left to lick his wounds thinking what could of been. He also currently sits on top of the overall leaderboard, with the best differential so far. Jeff will have another chance to earn himself as shot at the title as he faces off against Jimmy King and current WPC Grand Prix Event Champion Lethal Banks. Who will earn themselves a shot at the Grand Champion, at Event #6?

For the rest of the field, the WPC Grand Prix Event Championship continues to be a prize that the rest of the field are eligible to win and are reminded that anyone that wins/defend the title three times will earn themselves a future Grand Championship title shot. As it currently stands, Lethal is unable to defend their title meaning that a new champion will be crowned at this event. Everyone is reminded that all predictions go towards divisional rankings.

I am also happy to announce that for the second year, the WPC will be running a King of the Ring Contest meaning that rankings over the next coming week's will determine predictors seedings going into the tournament. Raidokken/Haza was the the first winner of the tournament and I have no doubt they will be hoping to each back-to-back crowns. We hope that some of our previous entrants may be eligible to take part, so previous members of the WPC are very much welcomed with open arms to return to the competition. The likes of @Nimrod , @Booty Vegas , @Johnny Tsunami , @Judge Barry ,@Mitch-Ass Ho , @Daddy Deville & @No Sale Sanders who were all regulars in the 2020 season. Could any of these former big shots, being worthy of the throne?
Deadline for predictions will be this Friday 23rd July at 23:59 EST.
