World Prediction Championship 2021 Event #14 Results
Two nights of wrestling with a total of fourteen matches being predicted on, with a whole lot of matches both singles and tag to puzzle our way through. Our focus being will be strictly business, with the business in question being the 'King of the Ring' Semifinals.
The first Semi saw Necro claim a victory though, whilst LadyHotRod claimed a victory over Jimmy King (although Jimmy's elimination comes by way of the 'The Nicest Guy You Know' failing to make a prediction.
This means that Necro will face LadyHotRod in the final of the 2021 King of the Ring Tournament - with the date of the Final to be confirmed.

We will next focus on the most sought after title in the WPC, the Grand Championship in what will be Necro first defence of the title against the first champion of the season Chris.
WPC Grand Championship
Necro (c) vs. Chris
Grand Championship | Name | Wins | Loss | Differential |
1st. | Necro | 11 | 3 | +8 |
2nd. | Chris | 9 | 5 | +4 |
Necro claims a two win victory of Chris and thus prevents himself from becoming a transitional champion as he successfully defend the Grand Championship for the very first time.
Necro
The next focus is of course the Open The Prediction Gate Championship match between former Grand Champion Haza and Jeff, who is on course for potentially facing his third different Grand Champion.

Jeff vs. Haza
OTPG Championship | Name | Wins | Loss | Differential |
1st. | Haza | 11 | 3 | +8 |
2nd. | Jeff | 10 | 4 | +6 |
In the narrowest of contests, Haza just edges Jeff to not only book himself a rematch against the person that beat him for the Grand Championship - but by becoming the outright winner of this contest, Haza becomes the first two time Open The Prediction Gate Champion of 2021.
Haza
Our next focus is actually the Clout Cup - but unfortunately due to the fact that Jimmy King failed to post a prediction - the match between Jimmy King and HoHo was ruled as No Contest, which means that HoHo continues to be the Clout Cup Holder. The question now though, is who will HoHo issue their next challenge to?
The WPC Clout Cup
HoHo (c) vs. Jimmy King - No Contest
The next focus is the is the WPC Grand Prix Event Championship, currently held by Sky. Sky is with the knowledge that if they successfully retain the strap - they will have earn themselves a shot at the WPC Grand Championship.

With two predictors tied in first position, we refer to the rules in place for the GPE Championship:
- everyone not competing for another championship belt, is eligible to win the belt
- if predictors are tied in 1st place, the predictor with the lowest overall differential wins the belt
- if predictor can not be separated by their differential, then the belt is vacated
- the challenger has the advantage, if two predictors are tied 1st and one of them is the title holder, the champion loses the tie
Going into this contest Sky was the reigning champion, which means that LadyHotRod has challenger advantage to become the Grand Prix Event Champion for the second time this season. LadyHotRod and Sky have passed the titles back and forth in the last four GPE Title match, but both predictors need to win the title just once mroe to earn that sought after Grand Championship title shot.

A Draw = 0 points
A Championship Loss = -10 points
A Championship Draw = Granted The Next Title Shot + 0 points

The addition of the Dream Warriors, mean that teams will find themselves having bye weeks at time moving forward, but I will be doing my best to close the gaps up as and when is possible. As a reminder the the team that ended 1st and 2nd in the league, will face each other upon its completion to become the inaugural Tag Champions.
