He probably will not return too WWE or at least for a very long while.

if he did return would you like it or not? Maybe when Vince and Linda die, Stephanie and Shane could take over there roles in the WWE. it would almost be like shane being the new vince mcmahon and i would happly have him take over as the manager of raw anyday over that waste of space johnny ace.

perhaps in the future shane McMahon could be the manager of raw and stephanie the manager of smackdown!

Shane is long gone from WWE and is doing his own thing.

Plus Steph and Triple H are the ones groomed to head things after Vince gives it up.

I'd love for Shane to come back and for him to take his spot. But I've always kinda assumed one of the reasons he left was because he wasn't getting the company business.

If he knows how to run the company the right way and he stays behind the scenes, then ok. If he's an on screen character, no. I've never understood the appeal he has. Every McMahon other than Vince is an absolute waste of screen time.

Long gone as in he already has all his other projects that he is doing and is heavily involved in. Why would he come back when he has so much going for him. That's what I mean by long gone as in... he isn't coming back.

Like Slim said, the company is pretty much being groomed for Stephanie and Hunter to take over. Shane probably knew that.

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing him again. I thought he was pretty entertaining for the most part.

Shane in my opinion was a great on screen character in the WWE. i actually preffered him too Vince in a way. Lindas character was good as well.

Yeah don't get me wrong... I'd mark out if I hear... "HERE COMES THE MONEY!!!!" cause Shane was a cool character. But I just don't see him ever coming back.

Steph and Trips being groomed, is a statement that was used 5 years ago. I think they have already taken over and the direction of the product seems to reflect that.

Anyways, Shane coming back wouldn't be anything of merit, seeing as he was pretty hands off when he was actually there.

Always liked him as a wrassler, probs because he jumped off titantrons and shit.

Couldn't care less about him behind the scenes.

I would mark out like crazy if Shane McMahon returned. I've always liked him the best out of all the McMahons, Vince included. His matches were entertaining. Hell, he gave Kurt Angle, arguably one of the best wrestlers in history, one of his greatest matches at KOTR 2001. Shane coming back might not mean a whole lot backstage-wise but it would be entertaining to say the least. I miss seeing Shane-O-Mac and his crazy antics. I still have my Shane-O-Mac jersey lol

I wouldn't mind him returning but I highly doubt it. He saw the writing on the wall that Steph and HHH would get the family business and so he left and is successful outside of it. I see him making the odd appearance in the future but can't see him working their full time again unless something horrible happens to the McMahon family. I was always impressed by him in the ring because he was the son of a billionaire yet he would put his body on the line every match he was in. What other rich kid would jump from the top of a titantron to entertain the fans and help out the family business?
