All the women except Bliss, Charlotte and Paige.. Noy sure why so many women struggle with promos.
You also have Becky, carmella and Ruby riott. All three of them are more comfortable on the mic then Charlotte. Charlotte having a terrible delivery and cringe voice is good for when she is a heel.

Charlotte flair as a face is by far the worse promo in wwe. Absolutely terrible

most of the women just sound like people who're trying to act like wrestlers instead of being ones. That even goes for talent like Charlotte, Becky & Bliss, who're usually credited for having good mic skills. But I think that generally stems from WWE not expecting as much from the women as they do from the men.

The lads sound authentic enough for the most part, but it's obviously easier for me to point out wrestlers who're great on the mic, rather than going down a list of people that are just ok or good enough I guess

Because they're most accustomed to having things go into their mouths than focused on what comes out of their mouths.
