That's the way every city is. It's the oldest part of the city, thus being the cheapest and in the worst condition. In Cincinnati, that area is called Over The Rhine, since Cincinnati was a very German populated town. I doubt if ANY of the OTR residents even know what the Rhine is.

Man you know a city's bad when you are downtown trying to find a club and you go up and talk to 2 cops sitting their and we ask them for directions and they tell us just go this way but if anyone comes up to your car or tries to stop you just hit them and they were serious.

new york isn't that bad anymore at all. there's less crimes and stuff, and there's only a few places that are like "Oh shit I'm going to die". Like Flatbush, Bed-Stuy, South Jamaica, and Queensbridge. Every where else is fine, except for the massive garbage dump that is Staten Island.

Yesterday on Halloween, there was some Bloods in my neighborhood (Bed-Stuy) that was running around cutting people up just for the fun of it.

My cousin got shot in his leg over in Flatbush a couple of years ago.

South Jamaica and Queensbridge isn't all that bad now. I haven't heard or seen any violence over in those areas.

Cool, Orlando's not even on here! It's safe, and then again, it really isn't. Shit up in Pine Hills/Texas Ave. and you got yourself some trouble, or so the kids say. Around my area, it's not too bad, though we get the occasional robbery/murder here and there.
