World Prediction Championship - 2021 Award Nominations

We are now approaching the end of the 2021, and it is now time for everyone to send in their Award Nominations to conclude what has been a jam packed year featuring action not just from the 2021 season, but also from the 2021 Grand Prix that took place in the first half of the year. A number of categories have been put together, with certain criteria for put together for various awards.

When sending in your nominations, I request that voters do so by Private Message rather than posting within the thread themselves.

- This award is decided by the predictor's themselves, in which they nominate three people in ranked order - 1st, 2nd & 3rd - who they feel who was their favourite predictor of 2021.

- This award requires a nominee to have held at least one championship, with voters deciding who they feel was the best champion of 2021, in which voters nominate three people in ranked order.

- This award recognises the top predictor who have never held the Grand Championship, therefore if someone has had one or more reigns as the Grand Champion they are in eligible to win this prize. With the prize dedicated to the late great 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper, in which voters nominate three people in ranked order.

Ineligible Candidates:
Chris, Raidokken, Necro, Lethal Banks, Juice, HoHo, OMB, Jimmy King, Blaze, Sky, Davey Wrestling, Doom & Booty

- This award recognises those predictors that joined the WPC in 2021, with votes based on who people think was the best newcomer to the competition - in which voters nominate three people in ranked order.

Eligible Candidates
The Fourth Wall, Necro, Deth, Adapting, Blaine & James Bond

- This award recognises the predictor that has most improved from 2020, with of course any of the candidates in the previous category being ineligible to win this award - in which voters nominate three people in ranked order.

- This award recognises the predictor who has been most unlucky in 2021 -in which voters nominated three people in ranked order.

- If you feel an award doesn't exist, that you feel should do - then you have a chance to nominate something you feel should be acknowledge for 2021 here, and you will be able to make up to three suggestions.

The World Prediction Championship opens its door for its first class of Hall Of Famer this season, with voters being able to nominate three people in ranked order.


With some of these awards relating to not just this season, but also last season - I will be tagging not just those that took part in this year's two competition - but also everyone that took part in the 2020 competition. Voters have one week to turn in their nominations.
