Fluff phase def a term on this site although I've def seen games where there wasn't really one bc people jumped right into game play. It always seems to be a hot topic tho, whether something was a "fluff vote" or not, it never fails lol

I think the fluff vote and subsequent convo can be kind of a cheap way to suss someone or try to bait others.
