y'all need the entire team to step it up tbh. Ross Barkley will be key if he's on the first squad considering he is so versatile, putting him in a double pivot with Gerrard would be lovely.

We'll need a couple of brickies to build a wall goalmouth to keep suarez out. Im not very confident this tournie really think the first game against italy so important for self esteem and confidence to even get something from the Uruguay game. Always got to keep hope though

just read this story

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27093677

i like wilshere but really dont think a chance should be taken on him as he will only play one game the FA Cup final before squad selecton (and thats not even certain) need everyone full fitness right away its not as if were in a group we can say easy qualify and give him time to be ready for later rounds need players right away.

Whats views?

Just took a read of the article. I think that we should take Jack Wilshere to the World Cup. I say this because England and most countries involved in the World Cup will always bring players who are not yet fully fit but could still make an impact should they be called upon. Jack Wilshere is a great talent and in the future he will be in the regular England eleven but I do agree that he is always rushed back from injury. I WOULD take a chance on him but maybe bench him, only time will be able to answer whether or not Wilshere will be at full fitness.
