Anybody else workout? I'm trying to get back into my normal routine of

Basketball every weekday for a hour or so.
MWF- new mma workout i've just gotten into

TTH-regular core work

i walk 5 miles a day, do 30 situps daily, and squats.

don't know if i consider it so much working out as much as just trying to stay healthy
