Some are saying it's a former world champion showing up on Day 1 ~ no, it just said a "former WWE Champion" which in technicality it only means a champion in WWE. I've said Mickie James, but Andrade would fit the bill too. You could also bring both in on the same night (flashback to Matt Hardy and Brodie Lee swerve in AEW)

I'm a huge fan of Andrade's work and he's been underutilized in AEW. I don't see him getting a spot on PPV if TK knows he shows up on Raw 48 hours later. Doesn't quite make sense for Tony to do that.


I'd love to see Andrade show up. However, I'd want him to be separate from the LWO story and find Zelina Vega a way to leave the LWO to join Andrade. Perhaps both get a fresh start on the Raw after Mania?

With Trips being high on him he's immediately gonna get pushed hard or at least they'll have something big planned for him in the future to keep him on the leash with it. That's what would stop him from doing that... at least for the near future.

...and for WWE it's pretty much just about securing talent, because someone like Hunter isn't as blind to the change of wind in the industry as Vince always was. I'm sure giving Andrade some good money could also lead to other talent seeing or hearing about it and making their mouths start to water. So there are definitely multiple reasons to sign "problematic" talent.

Someone with a "grass is greener" attitude is untrustworthy.

Andrade doesn’t seem happy in AEW and has caused problems for them for awhile. Outside when Punk was kinda running Collision, Andrade hasn’t had much of a focus so if he wants to leave I wish him the best. He’ll always be one of my favorites, but he hasn’t been that guy in a minute. He probably feels now that Triple H is running NXT he may finally regain his confidence and I tend to agree as Hunter was always high on him.

Also, anyone that knows me knows that I believe that Zelina was always an equal part of the package. You have to pair those two crazy kids back together. I don’t care if it’s in a heel Santos group or the babyface LWO where I believe Zelina still hangs her hat. I mean Andrade would be a great new centerpiece now that Santos left it.

Witb all this teasing that both Triple H and now Zelina are doing my man better show up on day one.
