Roxxi told me today that EVERYBODY wants a great women's wrestling division. So my question is who actually cares about women's wrestling? Would you rather have a great women's division with wrestlers you can't stand to look at i.e. Killer O'Baldy aka Roxxi Levaeux and The Incredibly Fat Awesome Kong or would you prefer to have a bunch of really hot girls that usually don't do much but from time to time will put on great matches and always look hot?

If I want to watch women's wrestling, I'll watch SHIMMER. They have their fair share of good looking gals, and they're damn good in the ring.

With that said, I'll vote for... neither >_>

Nice biased options. Beth Phoenix, Melina Perez, Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, Gail Kim - all hot as hell, and even more talented. The rest of the girls, save Khan and Kong, are not bad at all, same with all the SHIMMER girls. To call them ugly is just immature. Grow up.

Wow for christ's sake, you need to get to a life. Sometimes I think you actally are Roxxi Laveaux or some other womens wrestler the way you freak the fuck out anytime someone says she's not hot, which is true.

Fact is that the top of TNA's Knockouts are Awesome Kong (a giant blob thing), Roxxi (bald but ugly well before that), Gail Kim (not really that hot but at least you can look at her), OBD (who I think would be okay, but the her wrestling attire isn't very flatering so we're going with not very good looking there) and the rest of their division is okay to look at but is just as bad as far as wrestling is concerned as the WWE.

Beth Phoenix, Mickie, Melina, Victoria are all good looking and put on good matches when put with the right opponents. A couple of the other women in the WWE are impoving as well and still look good.

Edit: These are not biased choices. I said I think peole prefer to see hot women who occassionally put on good matches opposed to the Awesome Blob vs. a bald chick. You said people prefer good women's wrestling which 9 times out of 10 comes with a not hot girl. But it's my poll and that's how I started it. If you'd like to start a poll you can make the choices whatever you want.

Ok, this isnt opinion, this is FACT. TNA fans like great matches, an alternative to wwe, and doing things more wrestling based, so they choose for great matches EVERY TIME they step in the ring, and no eye candy really...

WWE fans are more for entertainment, and for them, me included, we want great entertainment (mic skills, promos, feuds) and just average matches. if theres better than average matches, thats even better, but wwe is more about the entertainment, as long as you get a good match, it doesnt need to be great...

Now, for the women, wwe fans dont want just wrestling,a nd a full out division from the women... Instead, they like a bit of both. That means having eye candy to occasionally have bikini contests, and hot angles, and then have A SEPERATE group of divas like Michelle, Natalya, Victoria, Beth, Mickie, Melina, etc, to have the good feuds and matches.

SO I think you will find that this poll will have wwe fans voting for the ho twomen, and average matches, and tna fans voting for not much eyecandy, and great matches...

For me, I take wwe's style anyday. Not anything against women, but I like hot divas, and I like that they will have some bikini contests or stuff every once in a while. And what makes it better, is that we still have some good matches every week as well, just not as good as tnas.

I going with the "good ugly women wrestlers" even tho I don't think there all ugly. Lets face it Gail Kim is hot as hell, but if I wanted to see all that sexual stuff from wwe I would go buy a porn video!

ROH's "sister promotion". Its an all female promotion that runs in Illinois. Ladies like Awesome Kong, Nikki Roxx (Or Roxxi Levaux), Beth Phoenix, Nattie Neidhart and Katie Lea have worked for SHIMMER in the past.

Hmm interesting. Thanks for the info. Maybe I'll look for it on youtube at some point.

Personally I prefer good to great wrestling from decent to hot women. I mean if I want to see Roxxi vs Kong then I'll watch Kurt Angle vs Big Daddy V. Really unappealing women take the femininity out of women's wrestling. Like ODB, no matter how good she is in the ring I cant get past how rauchy and butch-like she is. If you had a bunch of Angelina Love and Velvet Sky chicks then I'd enjoy myself because they're feminine and aggressive and can still mix it up in the ring, good.

The reason I prefer WWE right now is because they are taking average to good looking women and training them to be at least decent wrestlers. And with improvements like the I Quit Match WWE seems to have a decent outlook on what women's wrestling can be.

If I want to see bodybuilders then I can change the channel until the men come on. I have to problem with seeing women damn near kill each other but keep it feminine where we can tell they are women.

If it were up to me, I'll put on a bikini match or a bra and panties match before the official song and intro. So if you do not want to see it, then jus tune in ten minutes later than normal. I don't think anybody wants to see women wrestling unless they're as good as males. I don't see why they should get their airtime just because they're women, especially when they don't even look that hot.

Wrestling is a man's sport to watch. It's mostly full of testosterone filled guys that like hard hitting and wild action, which includes me and mostly everyone else here. And to take a break from watching sweaty, almost naked guys wrestling each other, we need eyecandy. We need to see some hot girls rolling around in bikinis. I watch SHIMMER matches, but when it comes down to it, the girls need to be looking somewhat decent. I'm sure most people when seeing a WWE or TNA women's match would be saying "---- and ---- are hot" or "---- is a paper bag princess", not "wow, that was a good women's match". Sure, there's a place for women's wrestling, but you need to have some decent looking girls to have a good draw. But I'd take WWE WOmen's wrestling to TNA's any day, because they know that the women's matches are for the eyecandy or piss break, but TNA tries to feature the girls as a serious thing. But SHIMMER and WSU would kick TNA's ass, from what I've seen.
