My thoughts: There should be a new rule to elimination matches of any type: If you withdraw due to an injury, you eliminate yourself and cannot reenter the match.

That's how it would be done in legit sports, and wrestling aims to make itself look legitimate, so it's only reasonable.

Regal is a good choice to be GM...he will do an amazing job plus he is a hugly underrated wrestler as well...and as happy as i am for him winning...i wont lie...i popped when Sandman almost won...i love any Sandman promo..and he could use more TV air time...

I think this is a good idea, RAW hasnt been the same without a G.M... yeah they have coach but he really isnt the guy in control so to speak... With Regal I think they are brining in someone with a good character and can cut half decent promo's. Good move by WWE... lets hope we never see the numbers 2.5 again.

Regal will be a good GM, I was expecting it after the draft. THe only bad thing is that I won't get to see Regal wrestle that much, but that's it.

This is a great move we will see Regal torturing Coach in a comical way to the point were coach leaves and its ideal for him coz he has a new job

I agree with the comedy spots with Regal and Coachman. And I just love hearing Regal use his British lingo.

except when he is butchering the names of the wrestlers like Umga and Carlito...

plus we already know that he will do a great job just by looking at his role as the commish in the early 2000's

hmm... I didn't watch RAW but this sounds interesting I think this could help RAW and maybe make the ratings go higher. Regal's British accent will make me laugh for some reason even though I am from England lol :p

I'm split on this one, I'm think many of the people who are saying this is great is really blinded by the need for a new GM. He's ok but I don't erally like his accent and I can't see how he could possibly do better than say, Val Venis.
