There has been much discussion of Drew McIntyre winning the Money in the Bank Ladder Match tonight at WrestleMania and cashing in the briefcase later in the show in "Edge-like fashion" from the master of sneaky tactics himself, Edge. That is not confirmed though. Also note, Edge is expected to capture the World Heavyweight Championship from Jericho tonight.

Absolute. Fucking. Bullshit. I'm fucking pissed. Sure McIntyre is alright and all, but come on, they have the perfect chance, for the long awaited, long anticipated Christian/Edge/Jericho fued. McIntyre isn't really ready yet, come on, the guy can't even get over as a heel yet. If anything, give it to Kingston or the one who deserves it the most, Christian.

Uh.. source? The WM match wouldn't be just 'spoiled' like this, clearly just a rumor.

Wouldn't it also make more sense for him to cash it in on Edge? Sparking a feud between the two of them?

I added the source in the OP.

I know this could be just a rumor, but you have to consider the fact that Drew's pretty much HBKs, Trips, and Vinces bitch, so this could very well happen.

I'm not denying it could happen, hell, he's the favorite. Especially after SD. All I'm saying is I'll rage irl if Christian doesn't win. =/

Read the article's byline, the author, and I use that term loosely, is a hack who regularly makes shit up.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Drew win but I do not believe that whoever wins the MitB tonight is cashing in and winning.

I said this in a previous post of mine. If Christian, Kane, Matt Hardy or Drew McIntyre aren't the lucky one the match would be a fluke.
Drew is one of those 4.

Why? I've been preparing for him to lose since McIntyre got in. If by the slightest of chances Christian does win, then I'll scream like a little girl, but I'm not expecting it, so that way I won't be mad.

I have been saying for a while that Drew will win and cash it in within the first week but lose. So I could see him cashing it in on Edge after Edge wins the title tonight, but Edge pinning him as well. This would then have Mr. McMahon announce that the loss is also erased from the record book, thus the need for the MITB PPV later this year.

^That would work. I also called the instant cash in a few times... as well as a first time champion at Mania this year. Obviously if the briefcase needs to be cashed in ASAP if they're actually doing a MITB PPV.

The MITB winner COULD cash it in tonight (Though I don't believe it will happen). With the MITB PPV later in the year, WWE might not want to have two briefcases floating around, which means the WM MITB contract could be cashed in sooner than expected.

Edit: DAMN IT! Noumenon beat me by a minute :(

Still, I think this "report" is BS.
