Money in the Bank Will Lana Be The Next Jinder?

Just none that they shed the important spotlight on... all the main spots are filled by idiots like Roman when it should be guys from CW, UK or NXT that have been trying to get that spot for 15 years working all around the world... also those are the entertaining matches.

It sounds crazy to see all the hate for Roman as a wrestler. He's an impossible character to get behind and that causes so many problems but we've seen many cases where he can flat go in the ring... and hell I can't even argue against the annoying Superman Punch since everyone else overuses a move too...

Here we are with Cena gone and now's a chance for a new guy to step up to the main event and we're wasting time with Jinder Mahal. Wonder why I haven't been reviewing Smackdown?

Anyway, I'd blame that WWE is the only company where the mid-card issue feels like such a big one. They've gotta do something to make the people who aren't currently fighting for the title feel important like every other show does

I really hope that she doesn't win the title but it's obvious something big will happen. It's her debut match, they've been hyping this up for weeks, and I really..sadly doubt she'll lose clean at the least. I can totally see a Rusev interference and later in the night have him take out one of the MITB competitors to place himself in the match. But yeah, I kinda think she'll leave with the belt..but I really hope she doesn't. I just don't see why WWE would be hyping up her debut to just have her lose in it.

You know, the more I think about it and the more I process everything we've seen over the last couple of weeks, I can actually see WWE pulling the trigger with Lana...

I can totally see a Rusev interference and later in the night have him take out one of the MITB competitors to place himself in the match.

In another thread a few days ago I noted my reservations in regards to Rusev possibly interfering in this woman's championship match in order to help Lana become new champion, reason being I feel it wouldn't be as impactful of a return. If, however, the approach would be along the lines of what Smg proposed above, thus having Rusev interfere in more than one occasions and cause some chaos then yes, I am all for it and that indeed would be a very impactful way to bring him back. Taking it a step further, this could even tie into the rumors going around about a possible feud with Shane McMahon leading to a match at Summerslam...

Now...I understand why Jinder was pushed from a "business" point of view...but I'm not
here to talk abut Mr. Mahal.

I'm here to talk you about the Ravishing Russian Lana...and the fact she has showed up,
been laughed at, interfered in a match and been given a title shot literally "Out of Nowhere"

Now...I have no problem with Lana finally being a part of the division and hopefully her
wrestling skills are at least on par with Carmella & Alexa Bliss...but after the "Jinder
Incident" at Backlash...is it possible that the SmackDown creative team will have her
upset the prideful (and frankly poorly booked Champion) Naomi at Money in the Bank?

Now I'm all for shocking moments in wrestling...such as Goldberg defeating Lesnar in
86 seconds or Jinder winning the World title...

but...

Putting the SmackDown Women's title on Lana would seem like a huge step backwards for
the entire division...which some believe is already reverting back to the "Dark Era" with Alexa
Bliss currently enjoying a "huge" push and winning feuds against Becky Lynch & Bayley.

So...I'm here to ask you all...will the SmackDown creative team "Pull a Jinder" and put the title
on the Ravishing Russian? Or will Naomi finally have her first strong in-ring victory since the
4th of April?
