I got this idea for a thread from another forum, I admit. I'm not not trying to take credit for this thread idea.

Well, some say it will, some say it won't. So anyway, if TNA's iMPACT! tonight does a good rating I'd personally be surprised. It's just that the franchise isn't well known enough for all the silly mistakes they do. They lose superstars, and have superstars asking to be released. Back at the beginning of the year, they were not paying superstars' parking because they'd lost so much money. Around this time, Konan's kidney surgery wasn't paid for by TNA. VKM decided to leave because they wanted to go back to WWE, and were sick of the silly TNA skits. Because of them not treating superstars right, they have lost everyone that has done anything for them. Tonight, they have a chance for change. However, Doug and the other guy have already informed us that the show will suck. I'm just hoping that TNA becomes a dominant product in the year 2008.

I say that TNA is growing, but they're yet to recieve a 2.0 rating. I'm doubting they'll ever get one. At least not until a few years. The talent is great, but they just aren't doing much. If they brought in Brock Lesnar, Cryme Tyme, Eugene, Rob Van Dam, Marquis Cor Von, and a few others, they'd have what the need. But TNA signing Jimmy Rave, Junior Fatu, Judias Mesias, Sabu, Andrew Martin, Matt Morgan, Pacman Jones, Jazz, and the other people they signed won't do shit for them. They need to bring in talent that can take on guys like Kurt Angle, Christian Cage, Abyss, Samoa Joe, Jeff Jarrett, etc. In my opinion, the two hour time slot is worthless.

Well like i said in the OTHER thread about this! I ve read what happens and it dont look liek nothing special. I might be wrong when i watch it but i doubt it. They have been debuting people all over the place. So nothing was saved for the 2 hour show. I would have had rikishi debut and have jeff jarrett come out first.

the only way that 2 hours will benefit if they use more X-Division stars having X-Division styles matches

I was actually impressed with the show, it was WAY above what I was expecting, especially considering those spoilers. This wasn't the Angle variety hour that we had grown to know, this show did what TNA has been promising for the past year, longer matches and utilization of all the talent. For someone who had somewhat given up on TNA, such as myself, this was a big gleam of hope.

I personally don't think the two hour show is going to improve the ratings substancially, well if they put out the same crap they did with the one hour shows.

After watching the show i take it all back what i said. The show was a good one. And the 8 man tag match up was the best match ive seen in 5 years.

^ Yeah, same here. I saw the last 45 minutes and really enjoyed it. On the recap video, Black Reign vs. Rhino looked awesome, I'm sad I missed it.

Well they certainly could put on some good as hell matches let me tell you what, 2 hrs is definitley a positive for this company, compared to a 2 hr RAW or SD, TNA iMPACT! could run circles around them in quality, too bad the ratings dont.

No...after all the hype and all of the shit that Dixie Carter said about "you'll see new faces on the 2 Hour Impact"....FUCKING BULLSHIT...the stupid bitch isn't the fucking head booker of the creative portion of TNA. We only saw 1 or 2 new people (if that) on Impact that doesn't regularly appear. I'm tired of all this bullshit that TNA's been saying about how the 2 Hour Show would showcase people like MCMG and Dutt/Lethal and many other great wrestlers, when they only appear on Explosion.

Be like me and don't watch then. Bitching about it on the internet just makes you look like a blueberry.

All four of those people appeard last night. What were you watching Tarvis? We know that Lethal is gunna be in action next week against Havok (Who never appears) and Petey Williams is actually gunna be in action. (Another who never appears) Give it some fucking time. I still dont know what you are mad about. That show was a top 5 show of the year and they will continue to use more. Just calm the fuck down.

^ Woah, you get so defensive when it comes to TNA, which is not a bad thing, so don't go flaming me. But you guys, TNA is a growing prouct, so those of you that voted for "yes" I do agree with you in some ways, but in other ways I don't. As Bill and Doug said, last night was there chance and they blew it. I think that they did in some ways, but the main event last night was the best match I've seen since Punk vs. Morrison on ECWonSciFi.
