I just wish Benoit had kept himself alive long enough to put someone over before he left. I'm pretty sure he won his last match. Thats pretty selfish of someone who was a 'historian of the sport'
Fuck off, benoit was a class wrestler, he wanted the younger talent to be noticed. He lost cleanly to MVP for the united states title, clearly going "over". At the time he may not of knew it was his last match and couldnt say the to storyline writers:
"Guys can you make me loose this match cos its my last as im gonna kill myself and my family later".

Benoit lost to Orton because Orton was more over at the time. Plus Benoit was one of the worst drawing champions of all time and an even worse person. Vince should never have let Benoit beat all time greats like Trips and HBK. That was a mistake.
Benoit was a fucking master of the ring and had more talent that HHH has taken roids
