I was wondering what douche made this thread. Punk sucks, Rock is winning the title. END OF STORY CASE CLOSED. :bury: Him winning will bring more prestige to the title. The man has bled for the company and gave his life to it. He's earned his keep, regardless of the fact that he's a part-timer. He deserves it a lot more than Punk. Also, Rocks shouldn't win the title is based off of people argument. Which is a small minded argument. Fact of the matter is Rock winning the title is what's best for business, and so it will be.

I also have a lingering feeling that Punk will retain. They've built up the entire Rumble to center around Rock winning the belt again, which makes me think they'll swerve us and have Punk retain with by far his biggest win yet. Some can say "nope, Rock is winning, it's obvious, just accept it" but we all said the same thing about Cena winning against Rock last year and look what happened. It also seemed obvious Brock was beating Cena and Triple H was beating Brock and look what happened there as well. The thing that makes me think Rock is winning though is that it's better for business, not to mention Rock is pretty much confirmed to be in the elimination chamber match and he's not losing twice in a row before Wrestlemania, and it would be incredibly dumb to job him at the Rumble but put him over at EC.

The whole purpose of the Rock coming back isn't to wrestle. It's to entertain the fans and elevate the business to new heights. The Rock coming back to the WWE instantly makes it twice as good. It only makes sense to have him as WWE Champion. You're too much of a Punk Mark to see that.ipebomb:
