Sadly it won't happen, our legal system is a disgrace.. The worst thing he'll get is around a 4 month sentence which of he behaves he'll serve around 1 and a half of.

He won't even get a sentence for throwing a coin. He'll simply get banned from City games.

Crawley got 4 months for pushing Kirkland due to previous so it depends on the circumstances.

Those charges are assault and entering the field. All the fan did was chuck a coin onto the pitch that "accidentally" hit Rio, I don't think he can go to prison for that.

So you wouldn't class that as intent to wound? Is it beyond a reasonable doubt that a coin thrown in the direction of an individual couldn't cause a breakage to 2 layers of skin? It's unlikely admittedly but if he wanted to Rio could press charges I'm sure.
