Why is Randy Savage blacklisted from the WWE?

I guess the crux of the 'mystery' is WHEN VKM found out about the alleged sleaze/Steff stuff... You'd assume he'd have fired him if he'd found out whilst he was still employed by WWF.

My theory is:

*Leaves WWF cos he was not happy in his role (Horrible on commentary btw).
*Joins WCW.
*Some time after Vince catches wind of the sleaze and vows never to have anything to do with Savage again,.
*Vid that bashes HHH/Steph surfaces.
