They need a big rebellion!! Superstars against the machine.. I dont think anyone has what it takes to be that Austin type badass, though..

I still find it as a success whether ratings blow or not.

Yeah, I wasn't saying it was a failure because of ratings. I used low ratings to back up my point though.

I think it could be someone like punk.. I dont like him a lot, but he's already spoken out against the company.. and from what I've read on this forum, a lot of people are waiting on that. He's got that revolutionary style

I think they are actually trying to buy time. I feel that they started it early, in their eyes. And they were hoping for Survivor Series to arrive faster but for now they are waiting through October. I feel that the month of November...will be the month of the Corporation.

Considering that the ratings are up higher than they were at this time last year, I'd say that's a pretty decent success.

Fact: No matter how good the quality of the show is it will not compete with Monday Night Football ever again. The ratings will always go down somewhat during this time of the year.

This week's RAW drew the lowest audience figures of the year and it's generally considered that the quality of the show has massively decreased from the standard set between Payback and Summerslam. Nowadays, it seems every RAW & SD focuses heavily on the corporation vs faces storyline that is failing to interest people.

Why hasn't it been exciting?

BECAUSE THE BIG SHOW HASN"T KNOCKED THE TAR OUTTA TRIPPLE H YET.... THAT'S WHAT WE WANT.. AND MAYBE WE'LL GET IT... WHEN THE WWE IS READY TO MOVE ON TO ANOTHER 'STORY LINE.' UNTILL THEN, VOICE YOUR DISPLEASURE BY SWITCHING CHANNELS....

I think the big storyline has a few good branches but the main one which is supposed to be the belt feud has been overshadowed. Orton was too busy killing random people to build his match with DB (besides this last week), the match feels like an afterthought (and the ref thing I was expecting to extend a bit more but apparently it was just a way to end the match "dirty"), so that sucks. But I think that since they have so many PPVs this time of the year the storyline is going to progress after each one (after NoC it progressed, after BG I believe it's going to progress again), so I think things may change after tonight.
