Why doesnt Big E or Cesaro wear knee pads?

Why doesnt Big E or Cesaro wear knee pads? there knees must be fucked working in that ring constantely and scrapping them against the mat. Put some knee pads on. Cody Rhodes was like this at one point but then he started wearing knee pads

I'm not sure why they don't wear knee pads. Maybe they feel uncomfortable? I know when I did MMA and wrestled in high school, I never wore knee pads even though several people did. For some reason, they bothered me more than helped and I was fine without them. Maybe the same kind of thing?
