Since no one got it, here are the answers: Sableye (Based on a Alien), Elgyem (LGM or Light Green Men), Beheeyem (BEM or Bug Eyed Monster), or any Ultra Beast. The clue was that Alex talks about Aliens and these Pokemon are highly based on such things.
