whatever happens, Asuka has to be the soul survivor of her team. Just let her eliminate as many as possible and give her a similar rub Reigns got in the 2013 Survivor Series match with a handicap-type scenario at the end.
Don't know how I feel about having the GMs in the match itself as I see it as a bit of an overkill especially because Kurt just came back and Shane also just wrestled in a HIAC match. With the amount of talent they have on both shows, I think it's enough to have the actual wrestlers take charge and have the GMs as managers.
There aren't that many possibilities for the women teams
RAW: Asuka, Banks, Bayley, Fox & Mickie (but apparently Nia's been teasing a return to Survivor Series so maybe Nia could run in on James and take her spot as well)
SmackDown: Lynch, Charlotte, Naomi, Tamina & Carmella
whilst for the men there are a couple doors open
RAW: Bar, Balor, maybe Joe & also either Elias or Jordan (but they could also include both if Joe isn't coming back)
SmackDown: Orton, AJ, Nakamura, Roode & Rusev (Roode and/or Rusev could also be replaced with parts of the New Day as well, they'd bring a bit more spice into the match)
these are a bit more of a prediction rather than saying who I'd want to have in the matches but I have faith in all of them in putting on a good show so I'd say several options make sense to me
