If he continues as a heel, it could be Cena, DB possibly, Miz, if he turns face maybe Lesnar. But I like Stop's idea of making him take some time off after a big match with, say, Taker.

Then after that they'll have noone to feud him with apart from Punk. So, yeah.

But after Rock leaves the company for 3 months with the WWE Title as Cena fails yet again, the Golden Boy should take on the other guy in the company he simply can't beat, Punk. Could work as a short little program with the roles reversed, to make Cena look even weaker and more vulnerable like he should have last year.

Punk/Cena isn't stale in my opinion, the fact they have faced each other so much in recent history actually makes it better if they feud again. None of their feuds so far have really had an ending, let this be it. Cena can't beat Punk, that is how you build the feud to the marks out there, have him finally achieve the win at some big PPV.
They bring out the best in each other, no matter how many times they feud the segments will still be entertaining. We know the matches will be fantastic, the promos will be fantastic, I would much rather see this than see some over-pushed noob like Sheamus enter the frame.

Align him with The Shield and Lesner and form a stable. Let every member of the Stable hold a title.

Lesner - Side Kick , Hitman [he doesnt need a title to be relevant, and he prob wouldnt be able to show up on every show either]
Ambrose - Intercontinental / US Champion
Rollins & Reigns - Tag Team Champion.
Pretty much like The Evolution, Klick and NWO.
Punk can feud with John Cena and destroy him everytime with the help of Lesner and Shield.
Lesner vs Ryback can be a good feud.
