I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before, but I think that discussion should come back since the old vs new feud is in full force right now. The big question is who exactly is going to join the "New Generation", featuring Joe and AJ? Right now, I'm thinking The Motor City Machine Guns have a chance. TNA doesn't have anything else to do with them anyway, so it would make the most sense imo. I don't see why not, plus, The Guns really are young guys, so they could really add to the feud. Not to mention, they will finally get show cased the way they should have a long time ago. I also have a bad feeling that TNA is just going to add two veterans into the mix. Like Scotty Steiner when he comes back, and Jeff Jarrett. They can be the "cheerleaders" for the New Generation. This could completely ruin the feud, because the New Generation will just turn into another veteran team. I hope they just give the Guns a chance, or at least ditch the Curry Man gimmick and bring back Christopher Daniels and Senshi. Both are in their prime and can really help evolve this feud.

There are tons of options for TNA here, and we all can only hope that they do the right thing. Who do you think will side with Samoa Joe and AJ Styles?

I'd like Daniels, however, I don't see him coming through for this feud. If only Kaz was here, he'd be a great candidate. Kaz, Daniels, Joe, and AJ, damn... MCMG would also be good candidates as well. Sucks Homicide/Hernandez are in a feud w/Beer Money Inc. Abyss and Morgan are also solid candidates, along with Creed. Really, there are a bunch of guys to choose from. I'm not sure who TNA will choose, but the dream team for me would've been Joe, AJ, Daniels, and Kaz.

Consequences Creed is a chance. I would prefer the MCMG but I don't know if TNA is going to take out the punishment out of them.

LAX is also an option. I don't see them any more as title contenders and they are more over than a lot of midcard single acts.

Bringing back Senshi would be wise. I head they still are in good terms with him, and with the new roster space opened by Johhny Devine leaving the company. Giving us Daniels would also be a wise decision, considering both those names have been dropped and mention in late promos

Alright, so at the moment, we have Joe feuding with Nash, and AJ feuding with Sting. So there's two for the TNA Originals. We then have Angle and Abyss looking like they'll be facing at the next PPV (Turning Point, I believe). This looks like filler though, so we can see Abyss vs Morgan. So I don't think Abyss is part of this whole thing.

I don't see The Guns being in on this either. chess used to say they only dissed the veterans. Well a few weeks ago, they dissed LAX, and they are far from veterans in TNA. So I don't see them being in on it.

Then we have Jeff Jarrett who is in an actual feud with Angle, and has stood up for AJ and Joe. So he is in. Cage is starting a feud with Booker it seems. So count him in too.

AJ, Joe, Cage and Jarrett will be the TNA Originals.

Christian Cage isn't really an original, Kevin Nash was there before he was lol.

I am really liking the look of AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Kaz and Christopher Daniels but Kaz is busy with other things and I really don't know if they are smart enough to bring Daniels back. Senshi is another decent choice but him fighting the likes of Kurt Angle and others just seems weird. Abyss would fit in quite well imo, he could have good matches with the MEM and has been there from the beginning I think. But I think they will be going with Jay Lethal, he lost his title match on Impact and it looks as though he won't get a rematch since Rhino is feuding with the X Division Champion, so it could very well be Lethal. Last guy will be someone shocking imo, I am not sure who

Cage will be forced to join the Main Event Mafia. I don't think Booker will drop the belt to him

Cage will join the Main Event Mafia or leave TNA imo.

Assuming the above happens, there will be 5 people in the MEM. For an even feud, there would be 5 TNA originals. Samoa Joe and Styles are in, and due to his feud with Angle I assume Jeff Jarrett is in. A fourth chioce would be Abyss as he has been working with Angle recently here, and then Matt is there as well as his tag team partner.

Kurt Angle, Sting, Kevin Nash, Booker T, Christian Cage v Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Jeff Jarrett, Matt Morgan, Abyss. Pretty good imo.

Also, if Christian doesnt join then I dont see him going 5to the TNA originals. What they may do in this situation is turn Jarrett heel and have him join the MEM, while bringing Kaz into the originals.

I hope they bring back Daniels and Low-Ki, seen as they keep mentioning them and all.

Kevin Nash was there before Joe too. Cage came only five months after Joe did.
