I'm calling Shelton to win this one.

I see it playing out like this. Shelton wins the MitB and ends up getting drafted back to Raw where he will, as a heel eventually encounter Randy Orton. From here Shelton will slowly revert back to the same character type he had when he was first drafted to Raw and upset HHH. Remember that pop? I do, I recall going nuts when that happened.

He will cash in against Orton and during the match he will complete his face turn. He will come so close to going the distance but he will lose the match due to likely outside interference. Afterwards, Shelton should be seen in a very sympathetic light which will aid him with his newly found face-dom.

Now let me qualify all this. I'm not a Shelton fan per se. He's not bad or anything, I just don't get a hard-on over him like some do. But I see this as being the most likely course of action to be taken. It also finally decides whether Shelton can actually get over or not. If he can't become a huge face through this then he'll never be anything.

After Kane beat up Tim Sylvia I'm picking him to win it.

But seriously if Kane doesn't win it I think it will be Christian. Shelton Benjamin will have the holy shit spot and eliminate himself from contention.

If MVP didn't win the US title then the decision might be closer for me. The mid-card titles are safety blankets for guys who might lose in non-title situations. Christian is the favorite this year but I'm more afraid of the CM Punk title reign 2.0 for him. Winning the title after WM gets you a couple of months tops. If your name isn't HHH, Cena or Batista that is.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Vince throw in a curveball, perhaps allowing some nobody to steal the briefcase and go on a 24/7 hunt by all competitors to get it. Something tells me that maybe we will see DiBiase or Rhodes or someone of that nature make a dash into MITB and steal it. Or perhaps Edge, in some weird twist of knowing what is fate holds for him, attacks some poor guy like Kofi Kingston and steals his spot in the ma... nah, the E would NEVER do something like that!

LMAO...what is Kofi Edge's official beatdown into a match?

Dibiasi and Rhoades??? Never happen. WWE didn't even see fit to put them in a match Mania, do you really think either of them is going to be stealing MITB? Besides, that would pretty much mean the split of Legacy already.

Not really. It would ensure Randy's protection from someone taking his belt... it's not like we've never seen a faction leader send his goons to break up a #1 contender's match to ensure that the champion didn't have to fight someone he didn't want to fight (nWo)...

...but once again, I did say, they would never do that. That's the disclaimer man, learn to read.
