Jon Moxley : 3 time AEW World Champion. champion with a total of 347 days as champion, one more than Kenny's single reign. Wins over Hangman, Kingston, Brodie Lee, Jericho, CM Punk, Danielson, Rush and more. The most active World Champion in AEW history.

Darby Allin - 2x TNT Champion for a combined 214 days as champion - more than Cody's 3 reigns combined AND holds the longest single reign at 186 days. The workhorse TNT champion and the winningest TNT champion. The man also beat Cody AND Samoa Joe for his first and second title wins respectively. Pretty impressive stuff!

Orange Cassidy - International Title Master - TWENTY TWO and counting. TWENTY TWO straight successful title defenses. Just...wow. So dominant the title was upgraded to a new name. Your current International Champion recently won over 20 other competitors defending his belt in a battle royal. Is defending his title near every week. Still has yet to lose.

It's Moxley. OC's run is great and between him and PAC has made the International title on a higher level than the TNT title. But for me Mox had so many matches as the main champ it just is him for me. Also I would say he fought off more of the top tier talent than Omega did as champ.

I think when this type of discussion comes up I always say, how the fuck has TK not made Hangman one of people that can be put into this discussion. smdh.

This is a fair point that I didn't even know until I did this research for this thread. He had a lot of multi man matches to setup defenses etc, but not so many singles defenses in a full year. We obviously know why now (injuries) but they did a pretty good job at making him feel like a megaboss despite this.

Orange Cassidy is the clear and obvious answer. The other guys lost after having ten or less defenses. Orange is at 22 and hasn't lost.

He is the most dominant by a wide margin.

Yea, I went with the Orange one. If we didn’t just include males, I give it to Jade, but of these choices, and tbh just of all the male reigns anyway, Orange is definitely IMO the correct choice. Dude has put on great matches, has a full on open door policy. You want to get a shot? Then all you gotta do is ask, and he’ll give you one.

it's tough between Jade and Shida for me. Prob go Jade for pure wins, but Shida was champ and active for a year straight and cleaned out the div.

Shida probably would be my second choice with women, but it’s really close between them. Probably could make the argument Shida had tougher opponents.
