Who is doing what?

So after the 47th staff line-up change I want to know who is doing what in CWF.

Who will be keeping the roster up to date? Not just the roster page but also who is in charge of reservations/cuts/LOA etc. Aniking was really good at keeping everything in order with that and I want it to continue even though he is unfortunately gone.

How many shows can TTers miss before they are cut and like above who will keep track of it all? Is it two shows in a row means they are cut or what?

What is the breakdown of the writing team? I see five writers here so is it one match per week per writer or is there a different format? Do writers have to write a certain amount of matches they have to write per month before they are cut?

What is the limit of character switches? I think that members can switch once every three months and that is it. I they want to drop a character they can but they have to wait the whole three months before they can change characters.

Also people need to actually respond to threads in CWF Staff now. Last time there was a big issue where threads would be posted and no-one would respond and I don't want it to happen again. If members regularly ignore the threads here then they will be cut from CWF.

Hopefully we will get some luck and maybe 2012 will be the year for CWF. With UCW dead it should be a good time to bring in any UCW members that no longer have a fed to go time.

Shows have to be posted on time and let's make sure that the results are fair. It would be preferably if the staff aren't booked anywhere near the world title scene but I have a feeling that that won't be a popular idea here.

NO DRAMA. That is what keeps ruining this fed so please for the love of science no drama. If you have a beef with someone from PWM, leave that shit there at that dead forum, WS is a fun place with a relaxed environment and CWF needs to be a fun, relaxed place.

I am pretty sick of writing something like this every couple of months and I am sure that you are all sick of reading it. I would love to go a full month without receiving any pm's about a negative issue in CWF.

Last but not least any comments or ideas on how you all think that CWF can actually get back on track and finally remain stable? Why do you think that CWF keeps collpasing?

I think that it would be good if everyone had specific jobs, aside from writing which everyone will do.

Someone should be in charge of welcoming new members and helping them out once they join.

Someone should be in charge of updating the roster thread.

Someone should be in charge of keeping track of who is on the bubble of being cut.

Everyone should be trying to get new members to join the fed.

Actually Andrew I will step here. I'm not someway humble for leading, but the thing, that you did not even wrote me to guys who write pretty much pissed me off.

But my thing is - I don't like the way how you wanna lead this again.

Once again, everything is on you. Once again, you are guy that makes decisions. Once again, you will not pay attention to which stories we like or not. Simply said, I don't want this and I don't want to write for this. What Aniking made worked perfectly and even I did not write for him, I loved the CWF way, way more. With all the respect to you Andrew, if you want this only about you, rename it on Andrew's wrestling federation and let this all on you. Because atm. it's pretty same. You are GFXer, you decide what gonna happen and what not and so and so. I would love to see this as politic. democracy man. let the staff be like politicians. There will be a thread, where you will say your ideas, I will say mine, Derrick says his, Hoov says his, Ellis says his and so. And then you will poll the vote, which one is the very best. Because let's be honest. Stories are something, that you can't do Andrew. While when Aniking was here, he made some perfect stories. And I love it, people loved it. That's also why UCW's shows was always way cooler than CWF's ones.

Well Andrew, if you will not make some order here as Troy says, I will not be here anymore. I came back to staff cause you begged me, that you need me and so. You was right, you need writers. You need us as fuck. But what you also need, are partners. Partners, that will have same privileges as you.

And last thing that seriously piss me off is, that you never change Andrew. Troy says truth and tries to helps us, even in fact he should cuts us off CWF and what you do Andrew. On everything he says, you say yes and then...nothing happens. If you will not do anything with this, CWF will live, but it will be boring, totality fed, where everything gonna go about few persons and where everybody will keep his mouth shut.

Now i'm back from vacation

I'm going to make a thread and sticky it as Storyline Ideas where we all post our ideas. We will then come to an agreement, I will list every character.

Secondly, Hoov/Ellis and I will be the main head-writers with Derrick and Awesome Miz being writers.

If a staff member fails to hand in a match twice in a row, they will be demoted unless they give us an LOA beforehand.

Derrick and Awesome Miz could be promoted depending on their hard work, we're all staff and we are all sharing ideas. Each week a different staff member will get the chance to do the main event, this way it flows nicely.

GFX will be Ellis and myself. If you wish to post your idea of a poster/match card do so and we could vote. We'll all take turns in doing them depending on how many guys want to do it.

Sounds like a good plan. Hopefully CWF can now put the drama behind it and can continue to grow and become one of the biggest feds on the net. Keep aiming to produce quality shows that are posted on time and keep looking to add more writers and more members.

A future plan is having Tag Teams back but need to see all consistency from all staff members in matches and making sure TT is top-notch.

Every match has been TT'd for except one which is a pretty good effort.

Why? Why to bring back something that failed so hardly. Tag Teams was great idea, but it just doesn't work. Wait for more members, make second show and then make 2nd character privileges.... But if you will bring back tag teams, I will not write these matches...
