Who had worst reactions John Cena or Roman Reigns?

I just had to make this thread to hear you guys' opinion...

Who do you think had it worst John Cena or Roman Reigns?

My opinion is that Roman had it worst than John....

Reason why I said that is because there was a mixed reaction mostly when John come out when he was the baby face of the company.

With Reigns there were not just a few times, but countless times where he would go out there and be booed by the entire freakin arena.

Roman would be booed so bad he couldn't even finish his promos.

I'm not saying Roman is in anyway better or more durable with fans than Cena is. Because he's not in my book.

I'm just saying he evoked worst negative reactions than Cena.

What is your take on it...

Roman. He was literally almost always just booed for about 3 years straight or more. Cena was primarily booed I think but it was sometimes leaning in both directions.

This all goes back to this: cena had a more organic rise, Roman was forced into cenas spot. Fans are too smart now and didn’t want to be force fed another cena for the next 10 years.

John Cena on the other hand was booed but at the end or middle get cheered for his performance.

I've really only seen Roman do that one time in his career. He only changed the opinion of the fans during a match at one. It was against AJ Styles for the WWE title

Hulk Hogan got a really bad reaction in the middle of his career before turning heel, considering it was a different era and how he was always loved. But I think the one who got rejected the most and had the worst reaction was obviously Roman, it didn't help that they kept pushing him for so long even with the bad reactions but in the end it worked.

I remember the reaction The Rock got at Summer Slam 2002... Was not good either being the fact he was going to Hollywood

But the worst Audience Reaction in WWE were a tie between One Night Stand and RAW after WM 33

The Night after WM 33 Audience was so pissed.... They acted Roman started Covid! This was a shade under Hogan heel turn Reaction.

All it needed was trash and a fan jumping the rail.

The one at ECW One Night Stand in 2006 was like Riot Territory. If Rob Van Dam lost to John Cena that night there would have been a Riot!

I actually think someone would have attacked him or try to kill him if Cena won.

Another thing that is so crazy is that, when Roman was getting booed he would actually, argue and flick off fans at House Shows.

He Roman Reigns of all people would get mad at the fans for booing him at a time where he needed there support

Reigns. Cena got some visceral reactions in certain cities, but it was pretty tame. Reigns was booed every and anywhere. On top of that, Cena's reactions started turning slowly over a good 2-3 year period. Really the first anti-Cena crowds started popping up in 2006, but the actual crowd reaction was largely positive until around 2010-ish. Reigns was booed out of the building the night he got put over big, let alone when he won the title and became the flagship.

The first anti Cena crowd I saw was at WM 22 in 2006.

But recently I came aross the match Kurt Angle vs John Cena at Survivor Series 2005 and saw enough anti Cena fans at attendance it was a split crowd

Hogan received a lukewarm reaction when he was having that ticker tape parade in his Hulkamania car. There wasn't that many fans and this was in Orlando of all places! Where he should be getting a huge turnout.

The Only One Thing I miss about Roman being face in 2015, 16, 17, 18, etc ....

Is the comments and reaction people would make. Everyone would agree on the fact that Roman Sucked at that time.

It's was a subject everyone could talk about and agree on.

Now when I look back it has a Nostalgia feel

John cena will do anything to credit the WWE even when they’re wrong. He’s the kiss ass he always has been, can’t blame him, but he is. He’s 100% wrong, people booed Roman because he was the forced cena, not because it was “cool.”

I truly Hated what he said because in a way it was Stereotyping....

Like he basically said every fan who disliked Roman wanted to be "cool" or follow the trend.

Don't get me wrong there may have been some fans out there like that but not all fans

Truly Roman Reigns is Worst Babyface WWE's ever had so far.

He's way better now but you cannot erase the Anti Reigns moments we've had.
