Reasons for Brock Lesnar: To give him a win after losing to John Cena. To give him a boost as a destructive wrestler. To further feud with Triple H if he wins. To redeem himself for when he left Triple H's world championship offer on Raw.

Reasons for Triple H: To boost him even more. Because it's personal, and Brock seems almost unstoppable. Stacks are set against Triple H to much, and he seems like the underdog who always gets that impossible win.
