Exactly I mean I enjoy watching HHH but IMO, he's just ruining WWE's Booking like how he ruined the Rumble.

It's not bad that Jericho won the Rumble but really, Sheamus? WWE needs to stop making all these newcomers win the Rumble. Have a hard worker like CM Punk or Chris Jericho or even Big Show win the Rumble. The only guy I wouldn't care winning would be Cody Rhodes because he's been in the company for awhile and he's my favorite superstar as well.

What's wrong with Sheamus? He's been in wrestling since 2004. Has got the look, mic skills and wrestling ability. Not to mention he's over as a babyface and has 10+ years left in him. Sheamus needed something big to cement himself as a top babyface. Jericho is above every accomplishment already.

I don't mind Sheamus but Its just not good for him to win this early in his career. I mean Sheamus wouldn't have won it if HHH didn't make that decision and Sheamus. Jericho is exceptional I guess but I hate this third encounter for HHH/Taker. HBK is scheduled for Raw this month and I am already going to say HBK is the guest referee.

I actually agree with you, Sheamus shouldn't of won it in my opinion. Not for any other reason than "It ruined a potential golden story-line" Rumble has been crap for like 3 years in a row now. Think how epic it'd of been with Jericho coming out as #30 in the dark, jacket glowing to an empty ring. Winning it by default.

I know right! They need a good twist and some new ideas with the Rumble. Also they need superstars to start going over and beyond and entertain the crowd with many impressive moves.

WWE has never been about guys with impressive move sets tbh. It's been more about storytelling and promos since the 80's. Sure there are a few with impressive movesets but the others are so watered down. If you want impressive moves I recommend watching PWG, ROH or NJPW as a whole they tend to offer alot more impressive wrestlers.

Yeah but then again we all watch wwe because of they're cool storylines, don't we?

I just watch the WWE out of force of habit tbh. I've not really been invested into many of their storylines. People like Davey Richards, Steen and Generico tend to get me more invested into their work.

Think there could easily be a compromise. Instead of pushing the guys HHH has a fetish for backstage, push guys who deserve it like Christian (not saying Sheamus doesn't, he's good in the ring, has unique look and is over). Though we're seeing that with Punk & Bryan atm so I won't over complain. Just think they should do more special story-lines for special occasions.

Yeah I agree with this but pushing someone like Christian is a bit pointless from a business perspective. He's really talented but he's old in wrestling terms. It would be wasted imo. People like Bryan and Punk are young enough to gain a good push and benefit the company from it.

Sure he's old, but he could be pushed then could put someone over younger. I mean pushing someone younger and handing them everything has proven not to work in the past, ADR for example (even though he's not too young really). Big Show for example. Really over now, and is quite old. Use this to put over Bryan or Rhodes or both. That's all I ask for really.

Isn't that what happened? He was pushed to the WHC and featured in multiple world title matches to eventually put over the younger Sheamus?

If you call the way Christian was booked a push then sure. Lost the title in 5 days, turned heel and won it in absolute shambles making him look really bad. When Orton was done with him, he had no credibility left. He was just a tool for Sheamus to bury. I'm talking like a push Henry got. Henry was over like hell, was a mega-heel and was drawing viewers. What better time to have an up-and-coming face like Bryan make him tap?

Same goes for Big Show now. Show's over now, why not let Bryan go over him CLEANLY and establish himself as the short tough guy? Not let him go over by cowardly crap, that's so overused.

It was a push because he was further up the card then he was previously. Going from mid card obscurity to WHC matches is a push. Miz was booked terribly but he was still pushed when he won the WWE title. It's the same principle. Henry vs Bryan should have been the WM match imo. The underdog storyline is cliche but it's lasted so long because it works.

Yes it's a push as he's more "relevant" but if you want to push someone to gain credibility, so they can put over someone up-and-coming like Bryan, they need to be credible right? What's more likely to get the audience to take someone serious, Bryan making big show tap cleanly and not letting go breaking his hand, or Bryan running out of the ring with his title?

Miz worked because he's so god damn gifted with his mic work, even then, it wasn't a good enough push to permanent ME status.
