They can draw at Wrestlemania, so they can both retire and stop hobbling around once and for all.

Unfortunately though one day they will both have to retire to due injuries and who is the wwe going to replace them with?

By then, Edge, Jericho, Trips and Rey will be on the wrong side of 40 too. Those cats know how to work a match, Randy, Cena and Punk will be the only sure fire main eventers with the proper know how that are on the right side of 40, so hopefully by then they can mold some real main eventers. Sheamus is looking like the closest to a final product over other young guns like Miz, Kofi and Legacy. If those dudes can be taught the art of psychology or learn it on the fly then the E will be in fine hands, but unfortunately there isn't anyone that has shown that they know how to work the crowd through wrestling. Probably the best of the mid carders is Christian and he's getting up there in age too. People wonder why some people's pushes get thwarted, well it's because they lack some of the important stuff in the ring.

Why do we want them to retire anyway? Pro wrestlers have a pretty long shelf life if they avoid major injuries. Sting is a great example. He's still got some great athleticism for a 51 year old man. Ric Flair's body may have betrayed him now but at 60 he still has great stamina.

I noticed on the Christian thread that many members said he was getting up there in age. Folks, 36 isn't old for any profession.

I am not a fan of either HBK or Taker honestly. But I think that Taker will hang 'em up before Shawn does. Neither HBK nor Undertaker are the same wrestlers they were 10 or 11 years ago. Age and injury has taken a toll on both men.

I personally would much rather see The Undertaker retire first though mainly for the reasons stated above, if anything he totally owns any and everybody who is in the World Title picture whenever he decides to come out of his pos-Wrestlemania hybernation. Plus it's pretty sad when somebody who many regard as the measuring stick for all big men in the buisness today in terms of in-ring ability and speed can barely keep up with the guys he is in the ring with. Watching an Undertaker match is more often than not a painful sight to watch for somebody who I grew up watching and being a huge fan of as a kid.

HBK, who I do not particularly like either isn't the same man he was 10-11 years ago either. He can still work one hell of a match, honestly he was the first person in quite some time to imo get a great match out of The Undertaker. Michaels puts on good to great matches night in, night out. I also admire the fact that with the exception of his short run with the WHC in 2003 I do not recall him ever actually carrying the belt and he simply kept putting on awesome matches and if anything helped the future of the WWE by putting guys like Orton (a few years ago) and Legacy over.

Taker is gonna win, leave for a while, come back next year, go 19-0, leave for another year and then retire at the next WM with a 20-0 streak.

:shifty:

Agreed there.

Hbk may comeback for one more Wm match next year. Vs morrison/Punk i hope.

How about a possible HBK vs. Sheamus match at Mania next year? What do you guys think!

Nah more of a summerslam type match that is. I say Hbk vs Punk or morrison one last match. Hbk needs a damn good match to retire on.

Taker has the easiest career than anyone in the WWE. He doesn't even put on good matches these days, aside from his match with HBK. The hype surrounding him does not equal his performance lately.

Hense why i said Morrison or punk lol. Punk vs Hbk can be awesome also. With Punks society and hbk's religion the promos would rock.

True! What about an HBK vs. Mysterio match or HBK vs. Drew Mc Intyre match?
