From all reports I've seen is that Shawn has been offered the title and has said no a few times. He's not my favourite wrestler in the world, but I'm at least happy that he doesn't need to take all of the spotlight when he knows he doesn't need it. I'm sure the WWE ask 'Taker to have the title, but really, he should just say no [/punk].

Sorry I voted before reading the comment, leaving their match stipulation aside, woopsy. Taker should retire first imo because he just seems to be a frale old man imo but with their match coming up Michaels should retire first just because I don't think he is the right person to end the streak.

IMO, HBK looks a little more frail.

To be fair they both need to retire before 2012 at the very earliest.

MORE insecurities about 'the streak', LOVE IT! And wow, you've got some HIGH expectations for both of them. 2012? Was that a bad joke about the recent release of the movie? I doubt both of them would be towards the end of next year. HBK more than likely VERY soon...

I want Shawn Michaels to stick around because he can still wrestle at a high level. Age means nothing if you got it. Taker has it too, so does Sting. I'd rather see HHH leave first. That way, there would be no more doubting him.

Undertaker. Because I still want to see King Booker vs. Shawn Michaels!

Both guys are suffering from their own injuries and age. Both guys are well into their 40's, HBK has a bad back and Taker has bad knees. If you ask me HBK can still put on great matches while Undertaker is lucky if he has 2-3 awesome matches a year. I can't recall a good Taker match since last year at Mania, but then again he has only been back since Summerslam. Undertaker should have retired a year or two ago. HBK still has gas in the tank, why he would want to retire for good is beyond me.

No, it wasn't a bad joke, I just thought that I can't see both of them retiring this year for some reason and I think Undertaker has another WM in him after this years, perhaps he could retire but return for WM every year to defend his streak (assuming he keeps it this year) for a few years, atleast get him to 20-0, so not retiring this year and staying for next WM would be before 2012, maybe I should have said sometime next year.

Taker is gonna win, leave for a while, come back next year, go 19-0, leave for another year and then retire at the next WM with a 20-0 streak.

Taker. But neither should leave for awhile. They can both take their annual vacations, come back fresh and be as awesome as they are. Don't care what people think, there isn't any young talents on the roster that have what these guys have.

Unfortunately though one day they will both have to retire to due injuries and who is the wwe going to replace them with?

Why do WWE need to directly replace them with anyone? Other people will join the main event scene, sure, but that's just wrestling.

They dont need to replace them directly in the future, they need to continue building up more young talent in the next 5 years. They are starting to do that now with NXT and people like Drew Mc Intyre and Sheamus, and they need to continue to do so.

I'm pretty sure Vince McMahon knows that since he's kind of been running the biggest wrestling promotion in the world for over two decades.
