I can't pinpoint it, but I feel like I remember Bray doing a promo before and mentioning a "canary in a coal mine"

The expression "Canary in a Coal mine" is meant to be used as an "advanced warning of some danger"
There's a book titled "Canary in the Coal Mine: A Forgotten Rural Community, a Hidden Epidemic, and a Lone Doctor Battling for the Life, Health, and Soul of the People" which is about "a gripping account of the transformation of a man and his adopted community", which is totally referencing the fans and/or the Wyatt Family from the past.
There are also two songs with the same title:

Knowing this motherfucker and how insane he is, it has to tie to something here lore-wise. Both those songs are also literally how he talked as the cult leader gimmick. The advanced warning is the danger (Fiend) coming back. And I fucking swear the first song is talking about Alexa Bliss and us while the second is talking about him and us. First song is definitely a description of trying to piece together this mystery/game. The second song is also very much describing his tumultuous relationship with Vince, creative and the fans as a result of the two prior elements, and then goes on to talk about his expectations and hopes in regards to coming back and working with Triple H to lead to something greater within the company.
Lastly, that rabbit going through the door in the game/video is quite literally related to "LET ME/HIM IN".
