Thats got nothing to do with it lol. HHH has lost more matches at WM for example than he actually won and apparently at his worst was really only bad for 2 years or so.
I wouldn't call Cena as having a "reign of terror". He's a guy doing his job.
Triple H on the other hand turned his on screen position into a backstage power position as well.

am I misunderstanding something? I thought reign of terror means a long main event run that shouldn't have been like Triple H in 2008 on Smackdown where he kept reminding Jeff Hardy that he's a worthless piece of shit by not letting him go over. Or Triple H's evolution run where he beat the momentum out of people like Booker T, Scott Steiner or, most famously, Goldberg.

Trips. He has been doing this a looong time and still would be a credible WWE champion (since there are two world belts) today. Cena is huge, but IMO HHH really is the Game.
If it wasn't for the longevity of HHH's career, and the different things that I've seen him pull, It would have almost been worth casting my vote for Cena, given that God-awful rapper character he was given.
