^^^ It's not a Flip Piledriver, it's a Sunset Flip. And Murdoch is a good wrestler...

As for moves banned by WWE, I agree with Monkey & This Guy. Especially in the case of the Piledriver...

We really only see the Tombstone Piledriver these days. Even commentators now call a regular Piledriver a Tombstone. Let's use No Mercy 2006 as an example...

Mid way through Kennedy's half decent match against Taker, Kennedy lifts Taker up for a Piledriver. I was thinking, "Whoa! I haven't see this in a while!" and Cole is going off his nut saying it's a Tombstone. That move saved the match.

Now, from that, I realized WWE don't mind if you pull off a so called "Banned" Move, but only if you have a decent history of pulling it off. Tommy Dreamer can pull off great Piledrivers, and not botch them, so WWE use them. Same goes for any wrestler and any move...

It was actually Kidman, crushing chavo's face with the Shooting Star, but here it is.....

NO MOVE IS ACTUALLY BANNED IN THE WWE!!!

Anyone who works for WWE will tell you that from management to the curtain jerkers.....the moves however are discouraged and beleived to be big impact moves that should only be used for big impact matches.

the shooting star as mentioned was discouraged from use shortly after the Chavo incident....keep in mind London finished off Kidman with a Shooting star to end there fued.

the verterbreaker has never even had an issued warning on it. When WCW was bought, Helms was discouraged from using it as it is a dangerous move, but he was never told he couldn't use it and did use it once in a Sunday Night Heat match. He never got in trouble for using it and has never used it since because he understands the importance of protecting the talent. Helms will tell you that himself.

the Piledriver is still used more often then people seem to realize. However the ones that are using it are experinced, hense no reason to ban the move when others agree to limit the use of the move. this also goes for the standard powerbomb move.

Edge's impaler was never even discouraged. He just started using the spear more.

Bottom line is, I hate hearing these people talk about WWE bans moves and shit. cause its just not fact. the facts are they discourage it for safety and to help create a bigger impact in big impact matchs. Because if a wrestler pulls out a piledriver out of the blue that he doesn't normally use, then you know its something special that the guy is stooping to that level to gain victory. And I agree with it. if every move was common every match ever show, you'd be pretty bored. this adds flavour.

couldnt have said it better!

also there's a note, the pilddriver frm owen hart to austin was an inverted piledriver not the regular one.
