#2 just feels so ordinary. #1 and #3 are very good, but #3 is in a league of its own.

#1. Has more minecraft feel into it with the chopping and the text. #3 is funny but I'd go with #1.

Number 1, easily. I dislike both 2 & 3 (the former for being rather bland and not fitting the theme & the latter because I just dislike the text/font).
