With all the heels the WWE has pushed towards the title, is it time to cement a underdog face, the fans can get behind??

I left off veterans like Christian, whom i think most people will agree it's long over due that Christian gets the push. This was more geared towards new/younger stars. I also left off the "other" option. Feel free to say whom you feel as well.

I think John Morrison is ready for a world title, he has won the midcard title, tag title and has the wrestling ability.

Well I personally would have Daniel Bryan but not a quick push leading to him winning the belt, maybe a MITB type of push where he holds the briefcase for a good few months before winning or something along those lines.

But out of the guys listed John Morrison is long overdue for a title shot, theyve tried pushing him for so long now so sooner or later I'm guessing theyre finally gonna go with him and push him to the title.

I think Morrison is the logical choice....but call me crazy, i want to see R-Truth get a real push. The guy has been putting over everyone the past year, and is still very over with the crowd. Imagine if they put him in a underdog situation. I think it could work for a little bit. I know he's a little older, but again, he's way over. To me, Morrison just doesn't have any charisma. Mid Carder for life, to me.

I agree about Daniel Bryan, but later on down the road.

R-Truth.
He's old as dirt and he should have a chance to make a mark in history while he still can.
Who's K-Kwik? Who's Ron Killings?

isn't Christian as old as Truth?

and to be honest there's hardly any faces at all atm.

Actually Truth is a little older (37 to 38) , however Christian has been in the WWE longer. I'd love to see a Christian title push, and that may be on the horizon, however looking at both men, i would have thought truth would be younger and in better shape. Both men are in great shape for their age though.

There really isn't much in the way of faces, you like said as well. The WWE likes their younger wrestlers to be heels, because it's easier to get over, and their veterans whom the fans have grown respect for as the fans. That makes sense to me, but at point, it's like the fans don't have enough guys to cheer for. The WWE has put all their eggs in Cena's/Orton's basket, and if one is out to make a movie, or injuried, the WWE needs to make main event faces.

Most the names on the list are very talented workers, however their mic skills could use some work, with the exception of Santino/Truth. Something to think about.

Not really a big Truth supporter as many of you might know by reading a post in another thread. So I go with Morrison. He's the logical choice, hell the ONLY choice really. I still think they could make some of their younger guys faces someday. But they still have Cena, Orton, Taker, Edge, Christian, Big Show, Mysterio, Triple H, possibly a returning Chris Jericho? That's a lot of faces that the WWE Universe has grow to respect. And the overwhelming heel talent in the younger guys balances it out well. Besides it's normal to play to the young guy trying to take the spotlight from the seasoned veteran plot.

I would have no problem with a chris jericho face turn. I personally think he is good either way, but he definitely could do something like what edge is doing now. (exception of kane/paul bearer feud)
