Not really a booking suggestion I'm making, but something I noticed at one of the more recent RAWs when Shield made their entrance. Hire some local indy workers or make sure the security company puts their shortest guys at the barricade where each Shield guy jumps over. They all come off as less physically intimidating when they stand next to security guys that are significantly taller than them. It's just one of those cosmetic details they should think of to keep the Shield seeming as intimidating as possible at all times.

Reigns is the only guy I could buy as a Main Eventer, I know that everyone wants to believe size doesn't matter but there comes a point where Ambrose or Rollins vs a guy like Brock, Show, Taker, Kane is just too far fetched for them to win. Everytime Rey would beat the Big Show it was the most ridiculous thing in the world.

Been too many times where a guy who has "the look" and is supposed to be a main eventer by profile but didn't make it but the guy who you didn't think of as a main eventer did break out. Not everyone who has been a main eventer has fit the same exact mold and had the same kind of look. No telling how the future will go and who out of these 3 will make it big on their own.
As far as where they go from here on out though I think whatever it is the important thing is to not break them up too soon. Longer they are together and are dominate the bigger deal the break up will be giving them a big platform to make it on their own like Orton and Batista did when they broke away from Evolution.
