When Linda McMahon looses her doomed campaign will WWE go back to TV14?
Do you think her short lived political career has anything to do with WWE's recent nose dive?

How dare you!!!!! She's a nice lady!!! (hangover)

I don't see the WWE going back to 14, unless forced due to competition / losing a lot of money / ratings. They gear their product towards the youth. That's their business design. It works.

If you want 14 i suggest you watch another product.

^ If you guys want national tv wrestling thats not pg, just try to stomach some of russo's storylines and you'll enjoy yourself for the most part. If Russo ever gets fired from TNA, it would be so much more amazing.

^Please don't cause us all nightmares. If a McMahon came into national (or atleast statewide) power, our lives would be PG. You'd need a little black box to hold in front of your junk while taking a piss.

Yes she will.
Connecticut is one of the most anti-right wing states in the union.
And if the voting is rigged and she does win... she would be shot.

States like Connecticut should not be Left vs. Right wing. They should be Left vs. Independent

How many times are we going to discuss this? PG is the smart business decision right now, there's no competition anywhere to be found so WWE may as well stick to easy writing, mediocre ratings and suck up the massive amount of money they're making from all of their kid friendly endorsements. Five or six years down the road when some of their new fans age a bit you may see a shift in the product. Even if TNA does blow up suddenly, staying PG would still offer a fresh alternative to the competition.

I wonder if people realize that the nWo- WCW days were PG or that the awesome period of WWF in 1997, the Hart Foundation-Austin days were PG. Or that the WWE is in no worse position than it was three, four, five and six years ago when the company was actually worse in it's in ring action and storylines. Some people are fucking stupid to think that swear words and blood and sex is what makes compelling wrestling.

Thong underwear would be illegal, and women would have to revert back to granny style swim suits. Pulp Fiction would be tv edited so that all the viewer would hear is just a long bleeeeeeeeeeeeeep for 2 hours.

You're an idiot. You can talk about wrestling, but do not spread your ignorance into the realm of public policy discussion.

Normally you would be correct. But Linda has already moved from 20 points behind Blumenthal to 6 points behind him, with a 3-point margin of error. McMahon is a moderate candidate--left-leaning on social issues and right-leaning on financial issues. With the economy still hard on everyday people, they are moving further and further away from Obama policies, which Blumenthal would obviously support. I am not saying that she will definitely win, or even probably win, but it is not outside the scope of possibility that she wins.

Lol I said this before. No one believed me or thought I was joking or something when I said the WWF was PG in 1997. Anyways, clearly this is the writers absolutely sucking. And on a side note, I believe wrestlers themselves had more freedom, such as their PROMOS, back when the WWE was PG before. That's something I think is a big problem and now and just makes almost every character one-dimensional, boring, and unable to connect with. Almost no one gets any promo time to even build their character as the WWE and Vince McMahon are too busy probably jacking off to Randy Orton and John Cena thinking of what new cool things they could have John Cena say.
